Spring Sunshine Champagne is an early-flowering sweet pea variety, and usually blooms for me in March, producing flowers for much longer than other sweet pea types. The color is a perfect, very versatile champagne-pink. We cut our sweet peas on and off of the vine, but studies show they last a little longer in the vase when cut with some vine! Very fragrant; toxic if ingested, so please use care around children and pets.
